子宫中间型滋养细胞肿瘤的临床病理特征 被引量：3

摘要 中间型滋养细胞(intermediate trophoblast,IT)因超微结构介于细胞滋养细胞与合体滋养细胞之间而得名,又称绒毛外细胞滋养细胞,包括细胞滋养细胞柱及细胞滋养细胞壳。IT根据解剖部位不同分成绒毛性IT、种植部位IT、绒毛膜型IT。绒毛性IT可衍化出绒毛膜癌,种植部位IT可发生超常胎盘部位反应和胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤,绒毛膜型IT可发展成胎盘部位结节和上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤(epithelioid trophoblastic tumor,ETT),2003年WHO将胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤和ETT统称为中间型滋养细胞肿瘤。本文就中间型滋养细胞肿瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断及其预后作一综述。
