摘要
[目的]探讨清单式质量控制方式对提高护理查对规范率的作用,旨在及时纠正护士执行查对制度的不良习惯,从而提高有效查对率。[方法]根据护理查对制度的要求,实地检查本院外科17个病区的护士在不同时间段及不同操作环节查对制度执行情况,了解护士不规范的查对行为。对存在问题及时反馈并制作护理查对质量控制清单,由一级质量控制员进行监督和指导。[结果]应用清单式质量控制方式监控后护理查对不规范率由54.12%下降至8.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]清单式质量控制方式有利于质量控制员把握质量控制重点,有助于护士养成良好的查对习惯,提高护理查对规范率。
Objective：To probe into the effect of list style quality control method for improving the rates of nursing checking standard,and aiming at correcting bad habits appearing in nurses carrying out the checking system, therefore to improve the effective checking standard rates.Methods： According to the requirements of nursing check system,on site inspections were carried out for nurses in 17 different surgical wards in hospital in different time periods and different operational links of the implementation of check system,to know about the non standard check behaviors of nurses.Timely feedback the problems and make quality control check list of nursing check,supervising and guide by one level quality control personnel. Results：After applying list type of quality control monitoring,the non standardized rate decent to 8.24% from 54.12%,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The list type of quality control way is conductive for quality control personnels grasping the quality control focuses,and it is helpful for nurses developing good checking habits and improving care and check standardized rate.
