The experience of nursing care of independent lung ventilation of 3 patients with lung transplantation

摘要总结3例肺移植患者分侧肺通气的护理。护理过程中保持双腔气管插管在理想的位置,注意管道的固定和气囊的管理,保持人工气道的通畅,观察呼吸机的参数,预防双腔支气管导管移位等并发症。本组3例患者均拔除气管插管,康复出院。 This paper summarizes nursing care of independent lung ventilation of 3 patients with lung transplanta- tion. Nurses should keep the double lumen tube（DLT） in an ideal position,pay attentions to the fixing of DLT and management of the cuff,observe the parameters of mechanical ventilation,and prevent complications such as DLT displacement. Three patients were extubated and discharged from hospital.
