摘要
目的:利用同轴静电纺丝技术制备纳米级聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)与聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)芯壳型复合纤维,评价其相关理化性能。方法:运用同轴静电纺丝法制备壳层为PLGA,芯层为PEI的电纺纤维膜。扫描电子显微镜观察纤维膜表面形貌、激光共聚焦显微镜检测纤维同轴结构、接触角测量仪测定接触角、万能试验机测量纤维力学性能。结果:所制备的同轴芯壳型PEI/PLGA电纺纤维表面光滑、分布均匀、直径范围175-1076 nm,激光共聚焦显微镜下可见清晰的芯壳结构,接触角为72.45±2.02°拉伸强度(3.65±0.35)Mpa、弹性模量9.0±1.70。结论:作为一种新型支架材料,采用同轴静电纺丝法可以制备PEI/PLGA芯壳结构的电纺纤维在组织工程领域有进一步的应用前景。
Objective:To prepare a novel poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)/Polyethylenimine (PEI) core-sheath structured composite membrane by coaxial electrospinning,evaluate PLGA / PEI fiber morphology and related prop-erties, we provided the basis for scaffold on tissue engineering. Method:By using the technology of coaxial electrospinning, fiber membranes with shell of PLGA and core of PEI were prepared. Then we observed the morphologyo, detected the coax-ial structure, investigated hydrophilicity and measured the mechanical properties of the fibers. Result:The coaxial structure fiber diameter is uniform distribution and the surface of fibers was smooth. The diameter,the hydrophilic absorption and the mechanical properties were different from fiber membranes with PLGA. Conclusion:The PEI/PLGA fiber was prepared;at the same time the fiber indicate the well prospects on the field of tissue engineering.
