摘要
筛选出适合茭白二化螟[Chilo suppressalis walker(Lepidoptera:Pyralididae)]最佳人工饲料配方,以期改进二化螟的室内饲养技术,为进一步研究二化螟人工繁殖技术提供依据.方法:以二化螟初孵幼虫为供试虫源,设计了4种人工饲料配方饲养二化螟,研究4种人工饲料配方对二化螟生长发育、存活、繁殖和种群增长的影响.结果表明,4种人工饲料饲养的二化螟幼虫的发育历期、化蛹率、羽化率、产卵量及卵孵化率等与天然饲料饲养的基本接近,幼虫存活率和蛹重明显高于天然饲料.
The best suitable artificial feed formula were selected to improve the borer indoor rearing techniques. The first instar larvae of Chilo suppressalis were continuously reared on 4 kinds of artificial feed formula. The growth and development, survival, reproduction and population growth of Chito suppressalis were studied. The results indicate that the developmental duration, the pupation rate, the eclosion rate, the fecundity, and the feeding and egg hatching rate are similar to those on the natural diet. The survival rate of the larvae and pupae weight are significantly higher than that of natural feed (P〈0.05). The successful development of the diet and the rearing technique provides a very useful tool for refining stem borer pest management techniques.
