摘要
以棉铃虫初孵幼虫为供试虫，用合成饲料和天然饲料两种饲毒法，ＣＳ３ａｂ－１９９１（毒力效价Ｈａ１５０００ＩＵ／ｍｇ）为标准品对Ｂｔ８０１０粉剂进行毒力测定。饲毒后的供试虫在３０℃恒温下培育７２小时。合成饲料饲毒法测定的ＣＳ３ａｂ－１９９１ＬＣ＿５０＝１０８．６±１０．８ｕｇ／ｍｌ，Ｂｔ８０１０ＬＣ＿５０＝１９７．１±１５．６ｕｇ／ｍｌ，毒力效价８２７３．１±７１５．８ＨａＩＵ／ｍｇ．天然饲料饲毒法测定的ＣＳ３ａｂ－１９９１ＬＣ＿５０＝４０６．３±４７．５ｕｇ／ｍｌ，Ｂｔ８０１０ＬＣ＿５０＝７０５．０±８６．８ｕｇ／ｍｌ，毒力效价８６３３．２±８７１．８ＨａＩＵ／ｍｇ。
The toxicity of wettablc powder Bt 8010 was tested by using the newly hatching larvae of cottonbollworm as test insect and Bt CS3ab-1991(15000 Ha IU/mg)as the standard. The infective larvae wereincubated at 30 ℃ for 72h.The rcsults showed that LC_50 of Bt CS3ab-1991 was 108.6ug/ml(r=0.07)andLc50 of Bt 8O10 was l97.1± 15.6ug/ml(r=0.98),the toxicity of Bt 8010 was 8273,1±7l5.8 Ha IU/mg(C.V.=87%)by using the infective method of the synthetical feed.When tested by using the infectivc meth-od of the natural feed, LC_5O of Bt 8010 was 705.0± 86.8 ug/ml(r=0.97),and LC_50 of Bt CS3ab-1991 was406.3 ± 47.5 ug/ml(r=0.96).Therefore,the toxicity of Bt 8010 was 8633.2 ± 871.8 Ha IU/mg(C.V=10.2%).
