为了更清楚,全面的表述竞技体育文化的形态与公共服务的关系,主要从竞技体育文形态的物质、体制、精神、意识4个层面说明其具体的表现形式,同时从3个角度分析两者之间的关系:竞技体育具备公共服务的特征;公共服务体系的发展需要竞技体育;竞技体育对公共服务反哺作用。从而进一步加深人们对竞技体育文化的正确认识,营造浓厚的竞技体育文化的氛围,促进竞技体育文化的更好,更快的发展。充分发挥、利用、完善竞技体育对公共服务的文化反哺功效,从而带动整个体育事业的发展,建设体育强国之路。
