摘要
结合NK系列汽轮机用联轴器膜片故障多发的实际情况,对膜片失效原因进行分析,运用Ansys系统对联轴器膜片在各种载荷下的受力情况进行静力分析,对综合性系统改进进行了研究,对膜片联轴器可靠性和选型改造具有指导和参考意义。
Regarding to the facts of frequent failures of coupling diaphragm in NK steam turbine, causes of the failures was analyzed. Ansys system was used to analyze the static stress on the coupling diaphragm under various loads and comprehensive system optimization was studied, providing guidance and reference to reliability improvement and type selection of diaphragm coupling.
