摘要
简要介绍了立式低温离心泵和金属膜片联轴器的结构和工作原理,以及立式低温离心泵常见故障和原因分析,得出了立式低温泵常见故障与联轴器的安装好坏有直接或者间接的关系,在吐哈油田销售事业部轻烃储运工区随着装车量的加大和储罐压力的提高,将传统使用的固定式凸缘联轴器更换为金属膜片联轴器,分析了改造后的使用情况和经济优势,不但节约维修时间,维修费用明显降低,而且提高了机泵的运行效率,更换后效果显著。
Vertical low-temperature centrifugal pumps were introduced as well as structure and working principle of metal diaphragm coupling,common faults and cause analysis of vertical centrifugal pumps.The relation of vertical cryogenic pump common faults with the installation condition of the coupling was discussed.In the Turpan-Hami oilfield division hydrocarbon storage and work area,in order to increase and improve the loading capacity,the metal diaphragm coupling was used to replace the fixed coupling.After the transformation,application conditions and economic advantages were analyzed.The results show that the transformation can not only save maintenance time,but also significantly lower maintenance costs,and improve the operating efficiency of pump.
