摘要
蜂窝材料以其吸能特性稳定和结构质量轻而越来越多地应用在航空航天、高速列车以及国防装备等领域。文中以高强度六边形金属蜂窝为研究对象,分析高速列车缓冲器的结构原理,为指导后续高速列车用缓冲器缓冲特性及其相关理论的研究,提出高速列车用缓冲器缓冲的设计方法,并给出相应的设计实例,为后续高速列车用缓冲器的设计提供理论指导。
The metal honeycomb is a kind of material which has multi-cellular honeycomb nest structure,it is the ideal energy-absorbing materials for its advantages such as low density,low stiffness, strong shock resistance and controllable compression.Metal honeycomb plays an important role in the field of high-speed trains for it can effectively absorb tremendous impact energy when collision between trains occurs,it is the ultimate security guard to protect the passengers or other payloads from significant harm,and an important part of high-speed train passive safety technologies.In recent years,because the manufacturing of high-strength metal honeycomb is very difficult,the research and application of energy absorbing material which based on high-strength metal honeycomb has become an important high-tech industries.
