介绍了铝蜂窝夹层板的结构特点及力学性能,对铝蜂窝夹层板的加工性能、切割刀具的选择作了深入分析,并设计了一种超长铝蜂窝夹层板的高精度组合式切割装置,合理解决了小批量超长铝蜂窝夹层板的切割毛刺较大、较多、切割端面直线度差等问题。
This paper presents a brief introduction to structural features and mechanical properties of an aluminum honeycomb sandwich plate,and carries out detailed analysis of processability and choice of cutting tools.A high-precision cutting device is designed to cut small batch extra long aluminums honeycomb sandwich plates,and solve better the problem of big burr and bad linearity on cutting surface happened in cutting.
