摘要
采用氨氰浸出法处理某碳酸盐型难选冶含铜金矿。结果表明,控制给矿粒度-0.074mm占95%、石灰用量4.0kg/t、硫酸铵用量8.0-9.0kg/t、氰化钠总用量0.5-0.7kg/t、滚瓶氰化浸出52-72h,然后在活性炭密度10g/L吸附20-24h,进行12次循环试验,平均金浸出率86.0%,最终载金炭铜金比约2.0,金吸附率近100%,不存在铜、TDS逐渐累计问题。
An alkaline carbonate copper-bearing gold mine was treated by ammonium cyanide leaching process.The results show that the optimum conditions include particle size of-0.074 mm of 95%,lime dosage of 4.0kg/t,dosage of ammonium sulfate of 8.0-9.0kg/t,total dosage of sodium cyanide of 0.5-0.7kg/t,cyanide leaching time in roller bottles of 52-72h,and adsorption time of 20-24h with activated carbon density of 10g/L.After 12 times cyclic test,the average gold leaching rate is about86.0%,the final copper-gold loaded carbon ratio is about 2.0,and the gold adsorption rate is nearly 100%without gradual accumulation of copper and TDS.
