摘要
国外某含铜金矿碳酸盐含量较高,不宜采用硫酸预浸铜-浸铜渣氰化回收金的工艺.针对该含铜金矿的性质特点,开展了氨氰选择性浸金及浸出贵液臭氧除铜工艺试验研究,研究结果表明:在给矿粒度-0.074 mm95%,硫酸铵8kg/t,氰化钠0.4kg/t,石灰4kg/t(pH为9~10),矿浆浓度40%,金浸出率约90.3%;氨氰浸出贵液初始pH=10~ 11,通入臭氧除铜,铜沉淀率达99.0%,金基本不损失,沉铜渣铜品位33.89%,可以铜精矿形式出售,为该矿的开发利用提供可行的技术方案.
The content of carbonate in a gold ore containing copper is relatively high, which is not fit for the technol- ogy of copper impregnation by sulfuric acid-cyanidation of copper leaching residues for the recovery of gold. Aimed at the ore properties,the research on the technology of selectively leaching gold of a foreign copper-gold ores with ammoia-cyanide leaching system and removing the copper of the leaching liquid with ozone was carried out. The re- suits indicate when the particle size is-0.074mm95 %, ( NH4 ) S04 is 8kg/t, NaCN is 0.4kg/t, Ca ( OH ) 2 is 4kg/t (pH=9-10) ,the pulp density is 40% ,the gold leaching is 90.3%. The leaching liquid by adding ozone to the wa- ter to remove the copper with the pH 10 ~ 11 ,the precipitation rate of copper is 99.0%with no loss of gold and the copper grade of the precipitate is 33.89% ,which can be sold in the form of copper concentrate and provides tech- nology for the exploitation and utilization of the ore.
