摘要
分析城市用水结构的变化并科学预测未来需水结构,是编制水资源利用规划的前提和基础,对区域水资源的合理配置具有重要意义。在分析乌鲁木齐市社会经济各业用结构变化及其规律的基础上,探讨了其变化的主要原因,并预测了未来用水结构的发展趋势及其对未来水资源供需形势的影响,对协调未来可能利用水资源与社会经济发展的关系、制定合理的水资源配置方案、促进经济社会可持续发展提供参考。
The basis and premise of water use planning are to analyze the structure change of urban water and predict demand structure of future water use, which are very important significant for the rational allocation of regional water resource.On the basis of changes analysis on socio-economic water structure of Urumqi, the main reasons for the city water change regular are discussed , the fu-ture development trend of water use and the impact of future water supply and demand situation are predicted.The research outcomes of this paper may provide some references for coordinating the rela-tionship between water resources and socio-economic development, planning the rational allocation of water resources programs and promoting sustainable economic and social development.
