摘要
在对乌鲁木齐市水资源承载力特征及其影响政策分析的基础上,提出用系统动力学(SD)来定量研究不同政策对水资源承载力的影响。在水资源合理配置的前提下,以乌鲁木齐市社会经济环境系统为研究对象,建立乌鲁木齐市水资源系统动力学模型,并将水资源承载力指标融合在模型中进行计算。研究表明,引额济乌工程、大西沟水库枢纽工程和分洪补湖工程以及产业结构调整对乌鲁木齐市水资源承载力的影响最大。
On the basis of characteristics of the water resources in the city of Urumqi and its impact on analysis of the policy, this paper proposes a quantitative study of the impact of different policies on the water carrying capacity by using system dynamics (SD). Under the condition of rational allocation of water resources and in the context of socio-economic environment in the city of Urumqi, the water system dynamics models are established, and indicators of water resources carrying capacity are integrated in the models for data. Our research has shown that the project of importing the water from the Erqisi River, the Irrigation works of Daxigou, the flood control project and the restructuring of industries have had the greatest impact on the water carying capacity of Urumqi.
