摘要
文章对常减压蒸馏装置腐蚀机理和腐蚀的类型进行了综述,在常减压蒸馏装置生产运行过程中,主要产生的腐蚀为电化学腐蚀,高温部位的环烷酸+硫腐蚀,低温部位的HCl-H2S-H2O腐蚀以及SO2、SO3-H2O腐蚀。此外介绍了目前常采用的防腐措施。
The paper introduced mechanism and types of corrosion of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit. In the process of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit operation, the unit mainly sulfurs from electrochemical corrosion and naphthenic acid corrosion and sulfur corrosion at high-temperature locations and HCI-H2S-H20 corrosion at low-temperature locations and SO2, SO3-H20 corrosion. In addition, the paper introduced the current commonly used anti-corrosion measures.
