钻井液用耐温微球堵漏剂的研制及性能评价 被引量:2

摘要 体膨颗粒已经在油气井钻井过程中的排水堵漏中得到应用。以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和二甲基二丙烯酰胺基磺酸钠为共聚单体,以过硫酸铵引发剂,XNWJ-3为化学交联剂,SP-80为分散剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了一种良好膨胀性能的新型耐温微球堵漏剂,利用称重法评价了其膨胀性能的影响因素;借助配伍性实验和高温高压失水仪砂床实验评价了微球堵漏剂与钻井液的配伍性及封堵性能。结果表明:合成的耐温微球堵漏剂初始粒径为183.25μm;温度越高,矿化度越低,p H值越小,耐温微球堵漏剂的膨胀性能越好;该耐温微球堵漏剂具有较强的耐温耐盐性,与钻井液配伍性好,堵漏形成的屏障层抗压能力强,承压能力达8 MPa以上。该耐温微球堵漏剂在碳酸盐岩油气藏的钻井过程中具有广阔的应用前景。 Swelling grain has been applied in the plugging of drillng progress, a new kind of heat-resistant mierosphere plugging agent was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization, using SpanS0 as the emulsifiers, ammonium persulfate as initiator, aerylamide, erylie acid and dimethyl aerylamide 2 sodium sulfonate as eomonomers, XNWJ-3 as the chemical erosslinker and heetorite as the inorganic erosslinker. The effects of swelling property were evaluated through weighing method. The compatibility between drilling fluid and mierosphere plugging agent and the plugging property were also evaluated by compatibility experiment and HTHP Dynamic Filtration Press plugging experiment. The results show that the initial average particle size of synthesized mierosphere plugging agent is 183.25 μm. The higher temperature and lower sanity and pH value, the better swelling property of heat-resistant mierosphere plugging agent. The mierosphere plugging agent has good temperature-resistant, salt-resistant and good compatibility with drilling fluid. The heat-resistant mierosphere plugging agent seals the permeable sands effectively with the maximum bearing pressure reaching 9.0 MPa. The heat-resistant mierosphere plugging agent has broad application prospects in the drilling of carbonate reservoir.
