摘要
钻井过程中井漏会导致井塌和储层损害等复杂问题。高吸水量树脂是一种低交联度的高分子量聚合物,遇水能吸收相当干自身质量几百倍到上千倍的水而发生体积膨胀,可以作为钻井堵漏剂。以高吸水量树脂的吸水倍率为评价指标,探讨这种新型堵漏材料的合成方法及工艺技术。合成的优化条件为:交联剂用量0.005%—0.0125%;引发剂用量0.26%—0.67%;还原剂用量0.17%—0.583%;丙烯酸中和度为50%—60%。引入非离子型单体丙烯酰胺,可以改善堵漏材料的耐盐性;引入膨润土,既可提高堵漏材料的强度,也可以降低成本。
Lost circulation during drilling may cause formation damage and drilling problems. Absorbent resin can swell when absorbing water of hundreds to thousands times of itself, therefore it can be used as lost circula tion additive for dulling fluid. It was prepared from acrylic acid, acrylamide. bentonite. and cross linking agent. The optimal conditions of synthesis was discussed.
