摘要
质谱仪是对气体成分进行分析、测定的专用设备,也是进行低压舱高空生理试验、装备鉴定试验、人体缺氧训练等在气体成份分析方面的必备设备。主要针对MGA1200EC质谱仪在高空应用上存在的问题做出适当的技术革新,使之能够满足低压舱高空试验测试的需要。采用的方法是建立了基于MCS51单片机的质谱仪采样系统,在质谱仪出气口处建立与采样点处压力相关的负压源,进行了气压高度为地面到15 km的低压舱内纯氧测试试验,试验表明该方法可行。可提高气体成分分析的速度,满足高空生理试验及装备鉴定的测试要求。
Mass spectrometer is a customized equipment for altitude cabin, meanwhile, it is applied in the cases such as high altitude physiological experiment, equipment evaluation experiment and hypoxia training. A technique improvement for the MGA1200EC analyser was carried out to solve the problem that it couldn' t sample form low pressure environment directly. The method is to build a sampling system for the MGA1200EC analyser based on the MCSS1, and established a negative pressure source in the outlet of a mass spectrometer related to sampling point pressure. A series of pure oxygen experiments were carried out in a hypobaric chamber in which the pressure altitude was ground to 15 km. The results show that the method is feasible. Further more, the gas ingredient analyzing speed was made faster. Therefore, the gas analyzing need of high altitude physiological experiment and equipment evaluation experiment was satisfied.
