摘要
甲醇汽油作为一种清洁的新能源,不仅能减少NOx及颗粒物的排放,还能节约石油资源,已在我国部分省市推广应用,但甲醇汽油中极性和非极性组分会对汽车油路系统的橡胶部件产生严重的溶胀作用,直接影响甲醇汽油的推广应用。本文主要介绍了甲醇汽油对橡胶的溶胀作用、橡胶溶胀抑制剂的检测标准和橡胶溶胀抑制剂的研究现状,并对比分析了市场上几种橡胶溶胀抑制剂的性能。
Methanol gasoline as a novel clean energy could not only reduce NOx and particulate emissions, but also save crude oil source, and it has been used in a number of provinces and cities in China. However, the polar and non-polar components in methanol gasoline can cause severely swelling of the rubber parts, which impacts directly the use of methanol gasoline. The swelling effect of methanol gasoline to rubber, the testing standards and the research status of rubber swelling inhibitors were introduced, and the performances of several commercial rubber swelling inhibitors were compared.
