现行甲醇汽油腐蚀性评定方法及研究 被引量:2

摘要 配置不同体积浓度的甲醇汽油,并用现行甲醇汽油腐蚀性评定方法评定其腐蚀性。试验结果发现,现行甲醇汽油腐蚀性评定方法存在诸多不足,无法准确评定甲醇汽油的腐蚀性。改变相关试验条件,重新进行甲醇汽油腐蚀性试验,发现水浴加热时间、水浴加热温度、甲醇的挥发性、评定等级标准的精细程度以及试验结果评定方法等对准确评定甲醇汽油的腐蚀性具有重要影响。同时,根据试验发现,提出现行甲醇汽油腐蚀性评定方法的完善思路。 Configured methanol gasoline of different volume concentration, and assessed its corrosive with the current corrosive assessment method of methanol gasoline. The test results show that the current corro- sive assessment method of methanol gasoline has many deficiencies and can not accurately assess the corro- sive of methanol gasoline. Change some relevant experimental conditions and do the test again, we find that methanol evaporation seriously, the time of water bath heating is too short, the temperature of water bath heating is so low, and the original graded standards is not enough fine, are methanol gasoline corro- sive assessment inaccurate important reasons. In accordance with the test found, we propose the perfect ideas of the current corrosive assessment method of methanol gasoline.
