摘要 介绍了以OCS XL10e控制器为控制核心,通过变送器和调节阀组合构成的高效、可靠、先进的控制系统,该系统利用OCS XL10e控制器实现对调节阀的控制,利用触摸屏画面对工艺流程进行数据采集以及实时监控,使该装置具有先进的自动化水平和生产效率高等特点。此外,现场运行表明,该系统人机界面合理友好的设计能充分发挥系统的功能。 A highly efficient, reliable, advanced control system based on transformer and regulating valve, and OCS XL10e controller which was the core of the device was introduced. In the system, regulating valves were controlled by OCS XL10e, meanwhile, data acquisition, real-time monitoring and control were realized by touch screen, which made it have advanced level of automation and high production efficiency. The results of the the actual use of this system in the pilot plant for synthesis of oxalic ester by CO coupling also showed that the reasonable and friendly design of the human-machine interface could give full play to the function of the system.
