摘要
为提高云南某白钨矿选矿回收率,分析了云南某白钨矿选厂的生产现状及存在问题,根据矿石性质,进行预先脱硫和钨粗选条件试验,对脱硫工艺及钨粗选工艺参数进行优化,在脱硫流程结构以及钨粗选药剂制度优化后进行闭路试验,获得含WO35.76%、WO3回收率81.14%的白钨粗精矿,与流程优化前相比,品位及回收率分别提高1个百分点和10个百分点以上,白钨粗选回收率提高效果明显。
The production status and existing problems of a scheelite processing plant is analyzed to improve the recovery for scheelite. The desulfurizing process and scheelite roughing process in the plant are optimized. Under the optimized operating conditions, an excellent technical performance is achieved in a closed-circuit test. A primary scheelite concentrate assaying 5.76%WO3 at 81.14%recovery is produced, which is 1%higher in grade and 10%higher in recovery, respectively, in comparison with those without process optimization.
