双层底分段装配顺序方案的模糊综合评价研究

摘要 在综合考虑实际生产过程的基础上选择评价指标,应用模糊理论建立二级模糊综合评价体系,并选取一双层底分段装配顺序方案为具体实例,介绍了模糊综合评价的计算过程,最终得到该分段装配顺序方案的整体评价结果.通过该方法得到的评价结果可以为实际分段的生产装配提供指导. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the practical production process,evaluation indexes are chosen,and two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is established by applying fuzzy theory.The calculation process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced by taking a double bottom block’s assembly sequence scheme for specific example,finally the evaluation result of the block assembly sequence scheme is obtained.The evaluation result can provide guidance for practical assembly of ship block.
