摘要
近年来，随着我国汽车产业的不断升级，商用车也紧跟乘用车的步伐，在发动机、变速器、车桥等汽车设计的几大核心技术领域，通过引入国外先进技术或者自主创新，取得了长足的进步；但是在商用车的制造领域，从工艺设计到生产制造，我们仍与国外先进的商用车企业有着不小的差距。其中，工艺设计理念的提升和制造装备的升级将是未来发展的趋势。
There are more than thousands of bolts on a heavy-duty truck, and how to make 100% sure and improve the quality of screwing bolts tight and fix is always critical for overall quality of the whole vehicle. Atlas Copco 5-step Zero-lose screw concept has been widely applied in practice by most commercial vehicle manufacturers in China and abroad. It has been proved that this concept is greatly helpful to improvement of assemble techniques, and management of assemble lines as well.
