摘要
采用碳酸根型季铵盐为萃取剂从碱性含钒溶液中萃取钒,考察了萃取剂浓度、改性剂浓度、萃取温度、时间、相比、pH对钒萃取率的影响.结果表明,碳酸根型N263从碱性溶液中萃取钒的机理是阴离子交换机理,适宜的萃取条件为:温度20~40℃、接触时间1 min、相比O/A=1/2;只考虑萃取率和分相时间时,有机相中合适的N263浓度为0.091 9 mol/L.
Vanadium was extracted from vanadium-bearing alkaline solution with carbonate type quaternary ammonium salt as extractant. The effects of concentration of extractant and modifying agent, temperature, time, O/A and pH value on vanadium extracting rate were investigated. The results show that vanadium extraction mechanism from alkaline solution by carbonate-type N263 is negative ion exchange. The optimum extraction conditions include temperature of 20~40 ℃, time of 1 min, and O/A = 1/2. The optimum concentration of N263 is 0. 091 9 mol/L only with extraction rate and phase splitting time into consideration.
