胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者外周血Th17/Treg变化及其与IL-6相关性 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究单纯胸腺瘤和胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力(MG)患者外周血CD4+T细胞中Th17细胞、Treg细胞变化及其与IL-6的相关性。方法:采用流式细胞术检测胸腺瘤合并MG(MG组)、单纯胸腺瘤(NMG组)和健康对照组患者外周血CD4+T细胞中Th17细胞、Treg细胞比例,ELISA法检测IL-6。结果:MG组及NMG组Th17细胞比例高于对照组(P<0.01);MG组与对照组、NMG组比较,Treg细胞比例降低、IL-6水平增高(P<0.01)。MG组IL-6水平与Th17细胞比例呈正相关性(r=0.792,P<0.001),与Treg细胞比例呈负相关性(r=-0.559,P=0.005)。结论:单纯胸腺瘤及胸腺瘤合并MG患者Th17细胞增多,胸腺瘤合并MG患者Treg细胞减少,IL-6在维持两者间平衡起着重要作用,Th17/Treg失衡可能导致免疫调节功能紊乱。
