摘要
目的探讨老年病诱发抑郁症患者的心理疏导和精神护理效果。方法抽取我院治疗的80例老年病诱发抑郁症患者,分为对照组与观察组,使用不同方案进行护理,对两组患者SDS、SAS评分进行对比与分析。结果观察组患者的改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论心理疏导与精神护理治疗老年病诱发抑郁症取得了良好治疗效果。
Objective To study the nature of induced depression in patients with psychological counseling and mental nursing effect. Methods Extract the hospital treatment of 80 cases of geriatric depression induced,divided into control group and observation group,using different schemes for nursing,SDS and SAS scores of two groups of patients with comparison and analysis. Results Observation group of patients with improved effect is obviously better than that of control group,the differences have statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological counseling and mental nursing treatment of geriatric depression induced achieved good therapeutic effect.
