摘要
针对某车型扭力梁后悬架出现疲劳断裂的问题,从结构优化着手,通过改变扭力梁模型中弹簧安装位置,用计算机辅助工程CAE方法计算出疲劳应变,预测疲劳寿命,通过计算结果的对比,找出变化趋势,寻找最优安装区域。结果表明,弹簧安装位置变化对扭力梁悬架的疲劳寿命影响很大,通过这种结构优化,可以有效提高悬架的疲劳寿命,为以后汽车设计开发阶段提供借鉴。
For some models' torsion beam rear suspension fatigue fracture problem,through the structure optimization,by changing the torsion beam model spring mounting position,we used computer-aided engineering CAE method to calculate the fatigue strain,predicted fatigue life,then compared the calculation results to identify trends and find optimal installation area,and finally we got a conclusion that the spring mounting position has a great influence on the fatigue life of the torsion beam suspension.We can improve the fatigue life of suspension effectively by this structural optimization.It can also provide a reference for future car design during development phase.
