摘要 为快速获得准确的扭力梁悬架有限元模型而提出基于试验的模型修正法,即在扭力梁悬架扭转刚度测试试验基础上,通过调整悬架减振器处的质点质量及模拟弹簧的梁密度,以修正扭力梁悬架有限元模型。将修正前、后扭力梁悬架有限元模型计算的刚度特性与通过试验获取的刚度特性进行对比表明,该方法能有效提高模型计算速度和精度。 To acquire accurate finite element model of torsion beam suspension, a correction method is put forward, which is based on stiffness test of torsion beam suspension,and which modifies the FE model of the torsion beam suspension by adjusting the particle mass at the shock absorbers and the density of the beam which is used to simulate spring. The stiffness characteristic calculated with FE model before and after modification is compared with that obtained by test, which shows that the proposed method can improve the speed and precision of model calculation effectively.
