摘要
针对城轨车辆转向架裂纹故障多发的问题,提出一种基于广义共振的转向架裂纹在线监测技术。通过检测转向架因随机冲击所激发的广义共振及该广义共振引发的裂纹开、闭冲击,识别其相对关系和频度,实现转向架裂纹的故障诊断和分级报警。实验结果表明,随机冲击所激发的转向架的广义共振,在有裂纹的情况下会持续引起裂纹的开、闭冲击,附近的传感器能接收到很强的冲击信号,这与无裂纹的转向架存在明显的差异,为转向架裂纹的在线诊断提供了依据。
Metro Bogie crack is a frequent fault. The technology of crack diagnosis, which is based on generalized resonance, was adopted for on-line monitoring. The crack diagnosis and alarm could be finally made by detecting the generalized resonance excited by random shocks, and the bogie crack impact caused by the generalized resonance, and identifying the relative relations and their frequency. The experimental results show that, the generalized resonance caused by random shocks will continue to cause crack impact in the case of a crack, and the impact signal received by the sensor near crack is very strong. This phenomenon is obviously different from that of the intact bogie, so it provides the basis for bogie crack online diagnosis.
