摘要
目的:探讨同型号仪器不同地区血液流变学指标的差异性。方法:选择四个地区男女血液流变学指标,包括低切、中切、高切血液黏度,红细胞压积,血浆黏度,相互比较统计分析。结果:男性的血液流变学指标:粤西地区与广西地区的中切黏度、绍兴地区与广西地区的中切黏度、广西地区与深圳市低切黏度、高切黏度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余的血液流变学指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女性的血液流变学指标:粤西地区与绍兴地区的中切黏度、粤西地与广西地区的血浆黏度、粤西地区与深圳市的中切黏度、绍兴地区与广西地区的血浆黏度、绍兴地区与深圳市的中切黏度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余的血液流变学指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性血液流变学指标86.66%有差异,女性的血液流变学指标83.33%有差异。结论:同型号仪器不同地区不能使用厂家或其他实验室的参考值,建立本地区本实验室、不同性别、不同年龄的参考值至关重要,只有这样才符合血液流变学检测规律和规范。
Objective:To investigate the difference of same type of instrument in different areas of hemorheology index reference value.Method:Blood viscosity indices of men and women in four areas were sletced,they were included:low shear,medium shear,high shear blood viscosity,hematocrit,plasma viscosity and the statistical analysis were compared each other.Result:Male hemorheology were measured,there were no statistical differences in the medium shear viscosity of western Guangdong and Guangxi region,Shaoxing and Guangxi region,low shear and high shear viscosity of Guangxi region and Shenzhen(P〉0.05),the rest were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Female hemorheology were measured,there were no statistical differences in medium shear viscosity of western Guangdong and Shaoxing,plasma viscosity of western Guangdong and Guangxi region,medium shear viscosity of western Guangdong and Shenzhen, plasma viscosity of Shaoxing and Guangxi region,medium shear viscosity of Shaoxing and Shenzhen(P〉0.05),the rest were statistically significant(P〈0.05).There was statistical difference of male hemorheology indices(86.66%),there was statistical difference of female hemorheology indices(83.33%).Conclusion:Different regions on the same type of instrument can not be used manufacturer or othe laboratory reference values,different gender and different age reference values is essential to establish a local in our laboratory,the only way to comply with the norms and rules of hemorheology.
