摘要
在引用相关文献结论的基础上,利用保角变换变换,给出圆柱-平行板未屏蔽平板线内TEM波的解析解,通过软件MATLAB和HFSS进行数据可视化和结构仿真,绘制出该传输线横截面及内部TEM波的场结构图,并计算出其特性阻抗。研究结论对于计算该传输线的衰减常数、了解其功率容量、考虑功率耦合及设计有关的有源器件具有一定的参考价值。
On the basis of quoting the relevant literature conclusion, the analytical solution of the TEM wave in un- screened parallel plate-cylindrical slab line is got by using conformal mapping, the map of structure of TEM wave on its cross section and internal is plotted through MATLAB date visualization and HFSS structure simulation, further more its characteristic impedance is calculated. This research result to calculate the decay constant of the transmission line, realize its power capability, consider its power coupling and design the related active device has the certain reference value.
