非对称双线上的TEM波及其特性阻抗 被引量:1

TEM Wave and its Characteristic Impedance in Asymmetric Parallel Transmission Line

摘要 非对称平行双线中TEM波的求解,可首先通过复数坐标系z上的分式线性变换,由静态场在相同边界条件下得出的电场的解,乘以波动因子得到TEM波的电场解,然后根据由麦克斯韦方程所联系的电场与磁场的关系,得到磁场的分布,再由分式线性变换函数给出非对称平行双线中TEM波的分布规律,通过数学软件Matlab绘制出TEM波在其横截面上的结构图,计算出其特性阻抗。研究结论对于计算该传输线的衰减常数、了解其功率容量、考虑功率耦合及设计有关的有源器件均有一定的参考价值,而且还可为一般的对称传输线的加工制作精度提供理论依据。 The distribution regularity of TEM wave in the asymmetric parallel transmission line can be obtained by plural coordinate systems' linear fractional transformation of z plane.First,the solution of the electric field is acquired by static field in the same boundary conditions with a circular coaxial line,then the result is multiplied by the volatility factor,and according to the relationship of electric field and magnetic field given by Maxwell equations,the distribution of magnetic field is gained,further the distribution regularity of TEM wave in the asymmetric parallel transmission line obtained by linear fractional transformation function.The structure chart on the cross section of TEM wave could be painted by the Matlab software,and the characteristic impedance be calculated.This research result is of certain reference value in calculating the decay constant of the transmission line,realizing its power capability,considering its power coupling,and designing the related active device,and provides a theoretical foundation for the machining accuracy of symmetrical parallel transmission line.
