留学生预科教育的管理——以北京大学预科教育管理经验为例 被引量:2

摘要 留学生预科教育是对外汉语教育的一个重要分支,近年来在中国呈现逐年增长的趋势。有关预科教育管理的一系列问题,都值得对外汉语教育界的学者思考。本文以教育管理学的相关理论为指导,以北京大学预科教育管理经验为例,对如何进行预科教育管理,进行了全面的论述,主要对预科教育管理部门如何制定相关管理制度,预科教师如何实施课堂教学管理,以及教育者如何培养预科学生自我管理能力,进行了研究与探讨,并对如何更好地进行预科教育管理提出了相关的建议。 The pre-universityeducation program for international students, which is a crucial part of TCASL education, has grown gradually in China over the recent years. The range of issues relating to pre - universityeducation management program is worthy of reflection for the improvement of TCASL education. This paper concentrates on the comprehensive study on how to conduct pre-universityeducation man- agement, guided by the relevant theory of educational administration, and applying it to Peking University' s pre-university education program as a model. This paper mainly focuses on how to develop management systems for pre-universityeducation department, how to implement effective classroom management, and how to cultivate students" self-management ability. Thus, this paper presents relevant recommendations on how to better carry out a pre -universityeducation management program.
