驱动蛋白6基因多态性与心血管疾病相关性研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 驱动蛋白6是驱动蛋白超家族中一类参与胞内转运的特殊蛋白质。近年来，研究发现驱动蛋白6基因 rs20455位点（Trp719Arg）单核苷酸多态性（single nucleotide polymor-phism ，SNP）可能与心血管疾病（cardiovascular diseases）易感性密切相关，且强化他汀类药物治疗可使驱动蛋白6基因变异者显著获益。本文就驱动蛋白6基因多态性与心血管疾病易感性关系的研究现状进行综述。
