摘要
子宫内膜异位症是育龄妇女的常见病、疑难病,现代医学治疗手段仅能缓解症状,且复发率高。该文通过总结分析近年来的文献内容,从病因病理及辨证论治等方面探讨中医治疗子宫内膜异位症的现状及研究进展。其病机之根本为血瘀,所以活血化瘀是该病的基本治疗原则,采用内服为主多途径给药及多种疗法并用,疗效稳定、操作简便,不良反应少,预后不易复发,具有广阔的发展前景。
Endometriosis is clinical frequently occurring and difficult disease for women of childbearing age,and modern medicine therapy can only alleviate symptoms,however the recurrence rate is high.Here is to analyze and summarize the recent literature,and discuss the current status and progress of TCM treatment for endometriosis from the perspective of etiolo- and syndrome differentiation.The essential cause of the disease is blood stasis,therefore,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is the therapeutic principle,mainly by oral administration,assisted by more and more administration approaches,which is featured with stable curative effect,simple operation,less adverse reaction,rare recurrence,and broad prospects for development.
