摘要
目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)发生、发展中的作用。方法通过免疫组化方法分别检测MMP-3、TNF-α及VEGF在子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜、异位内膜和正常子宫内膜中的表达。结果异位内膜MMP-3表达明显高于正常内膜(P<0.05),且高于在位内膜(P<0.05);异位内膜及在位内膜TNF-α表达高于正常内膜(P<0.05),且异位内膜高于在位内膜(P<0.05);异位内膜VEGF表达明显高于正常内膜(P<0.05),且高于在位内膜(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症异位内膜、在位内膜中MMP-3、TNF-α及VEGF的高表达在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of matrix metalloproteinases-3 (MMP-3), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) on the development of endmetriosis (Ebls). Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MMP-3, TNF-α and VEGF in the EMs eutopie and ectopic endometrium and normal endometrium. Results MMP-3 expression in eetopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium and eutopic endometrium (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; TNF-αexpression in ectopic endometrium and eutopie endometrium was higher than that in the normal endometrium (P 〈 0. 05 ) , and TNF-α expression in ectopie endometrium was higher than that in eutopic endometri- um( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; VEGF expression in ectopie endometrium was significantly higher than that in the normal endometrium and eutopic endometrium (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Higher expression of MMP-3, TNF-α and VEGF in ectopic and eutopic endome- trium of EMs, plays an important role in the development of EMs.
