摘要
[目的]总结吕立江教授手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床经验。[方法]对吕立江教授的腰椎间盘突出症认识观点,腰椎解剖生理和椎间盘生物力学的基本理论,杠杆定位手法的创立原理,操作方法及手法的临床辨证应用等进行归纳与分析。[结果]吕立江教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症的杠杆定位手法,立足解剖基础结合生物力学原理,定位准确、巧力寸劲、安全有效,解决了治疗时手法对腰椎多连接传递的软组织损伤问题,辩证应用五步手法屡见奇效。[结论]吕立江教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症的杠杆定位手法是创新手法,其方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。
[Objective]To summarize clinical experiences of Professor Lv Lijiang on manipulative treatment of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods]To summarize and analysis professor Lv Lijiang＇s viewpoint of lumbar disc herniation,basic theory of anatomy and physiology of lumbar spine and biomechanics of intervertebral disc,and principles,methods of operation and application of clinical syndrome differentiation of manipulation of lever location.[Result]Professor Lv Lijiang＇s manipulation of lever location on lumbar disc herniation is based on anatomy and combine with biomechanics.It has the features of accurate positioning,skillful force,safety and efficacy and solves the problem of injury of soft tissue which is connective with lumbar vertebrae in operating practices,the efficacy of five-steps manipulation is notable by correcting diagnosis and clinical classification.[Conclusion] Lever location technique is an innovation,the efficacy of treatment in lumbar disc herniation is more effective,and receives Science and Technology Award repeatedly.
