摘要
目的总结吕立江教授杠杆定位手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床经验。方法对吕立江教授杠杆定位手法的创立原理、操作方法及临床辨证应用理论进行归纳与分析。结果吕立江教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症的杠杆定位手法,立足解剖基础结合生物力学原理,定位准确、巧力寸劲、安全有效、解决了治疗时手法对腰椎多连接传递的软组织损伤问题。结论吕立江教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症的杠杆定位手法是一大创新,其方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著。
Objective To summary Clinical experiences of Professor Lv Lijiang in treating lumbar disc herniation by lever positioning technique. Methods Induction and analysis of Principles,methods of operation and the clinical application theory. Results It was found that the features of steadying,accurating,desterity,quickness and few soft tissue injury in operating practices, more importantly,the efficacy of manual therapy was notable which by correct diagnosis and clinical classification. Conclusion Lever positioning technique is a major innovation,the efficacy of treating in lumbar disc herniation was more effective.
