摘要
[目的]探索系统性红斑狼疮疗效评价新指标。[方法]引入Pareto原理,结合负反馈理论,分析系统性红斑狼疮中医临床治疗的疗效评价方法。[结果]"阴平阳秘"概况了机体的健康特征,中医临床治疗的目标是机体逐步趋向于"阴平阳秘",而负反馈机制的建立在这一过程中起着关键作用。因此,测定各种功能参数的变异系数是评价临床干预疗效的手段。[结论]系统性红斑狼疮患者的变异系数指标可应用于系统性红斑狼疮中医临床疗效的评价。
[Objective]Explorate new indicators for efficacy evaluation for patients with systemic lupus.[Method]Efficacy evaluation means of Traditional Chinese Medicine interventions was analysed in terms of Pareto principle,combined with theory of negative feedback.[R esult] Theory of ＂yin ping yang mi＂ overview of the health characteristics of the body.Promoting the body to achieve the state of ＂yin ping yang mi＂ is treatment goal in Traditional Chinese Medicine.However,establishment of a negative feedback mechanism plays a key role in this process.Thus,determination of the coefficient of variation of various functional parameters for patients can be used as evaluation means of the efficacy of clinical interventions.[Conclusion]In this paper,the coefficient of variation index for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,which can be used as efficacy evaluation means of Traditional Chinese Medicine interventions,is presented.
