摘要
中医的生命力在于疗效,而目前的疗效标准已不适应中医发展的要求,需建立一整套完整的临床疗效评价体系,可以借鉴循证医学的思路和方法,引入模糊数学,以系统论整体性原理和系统论层次结构性原理为指导,对结构复杂、又相互关联的评价指标,考虑各层次之间和内部的相互作用大小及对总体的影响,从整体出发进行综合评价,创新中医药疗效评价方法,促进中医药疗效评价的研究。
The vitality of traditional Chinese medicine lies in curative effect, but current standard of curative effect already unwell at the request of traditional Chinese medicine＇s development, so it need to be built up a whole evaluation system of clinical curative effect. We can learn the thinking and methods of evidence - based medicine, introduce into fuzzy mathematics, take the holism principle and hierarchy principle of system theory as instruction. For the evaluate index sign of complicated structure and mutually connection, should consider of each layer and the interaction of the inner part to the total influence. From whole set out to carry on a comprehensive evaluation, innovate in Chinese medical curative effect evaluated method, promote the research of the Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation.
