摘要 对提高注水系统效率潜力进行了理论推导,明确了提高注水系统效率的主要途径。以长庆油田佳一注注水系统实测数据为例,从提高机组效率、降低总流量、降低泵出口压力等3个方面进行分析,得出注水系统中的高压井和高压井相关联的注水管线是开展节能降耗工作的关键点,只有降低高压井井口压力或高压井所对应的管线压降,才能降低系统压力。 The potential for improving the efficiency of water injection system was theoretically derived,the major ways for the improvement were clarified.The measured data in Well Jiayizhu of Changqing Oilfield were taken as an example,it was analyzed from 3aspects to improve the unit efficiency,reduce the total flow,reduce the outlet pumping pressure.The result indicates that high-pressure wells and water injection pipeline associated with high-pressure well are the key points for energy-saving,only the wellhead pressure is reduced for lowering pipeline pressure corresponding to the injection wells,the pressure in the injection system can be reduced.
