摘要
国际金融规则是国际金融关系中一切活动的依据。作为中国深化改革的试验区,中国(上海)自由贸易试验区在制定金融规则时,应打破已有的规则(传统的凯恩斯主义金融规则和主流的新自由主义金融规则)实行现实主义的金融规则,即建立积极主动的金融参与机制、自由开放的金融体制、新型服务性政府、新型经贸关系以及服务于国家整体战略的金融体系。
International financial regulation is the basis of all activities within international financial relationships. As China＇s experimental area for deepening reform, China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone should break the existing rules （traditional Keynesian financial rules and the mainstream of new liberalism financial rules） when making financial rules and implement realistic financial rules, namely, to establish active financial participation mechanism, free and open financial system, new service government, new trade relations and financial systems serving the overall national strategy .
