摘要
为了提高医学微生物学实验教学质量,激发学生学习兴趣,掌握基本实验操作技能并同时提高应用能力及培养科研思维,对本校2011级5年制临床医学专业学生的医学微生物学实验教学进行了一定的改革和探索。采用病例讨论式教学,综合性实验设计等方法,将病原生物学、免疫学实验教学内容整合,教学效果评价为期末考试结合调查问卷的方式。通过改革使学生成为教学过程的主体,充分激发了学生的学习热情,不仅培养了学生的动手能力,更提高了他们交流和合作、综合分析和解决问题的能力。
Medical microbiology lab courses for students specializing in clinical medicine have been revised and examined to an extent in order to improve the quality of instruction, stimulate students' interest in learning, ascertain their basic technical proficiency, improve their practical ability, and foster scientific thinking. Methods such as case discussions and comprehensive experiments have been used to integrate lab course content in pathogen biology ang immunology. The ef- fectiveness of instruction was evaluated via a final exam and questionnaire. Course revision resulted in students playing a major role in the learning process. The revised courses greatly stimulated students' enthusiasm for learning and they fos- tered students' practical ability. The courses also increased their communication and collaboration and they improved students" ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems.
