摘要
能源消耗是我国社会经济发展所面临的严重问题之一。公路作为能源消耗大户,是节能评估和审查重点关注的领域。以高速公路为研究对象,针对高速公路营运期的能耗组成和能耗特点,提出了营运期节能措施的选择依据和分析框架,并以此基础,探讨了高速公路营运期节能效果评价指标体系,提出了情景分析法在高速公路营运期节能措施效果评价中的应用步骤和方法,结合广东省某一高速公路进行了实例验证。结果表明,提出的指标体系和方法有助于完善高速公路节能评估体系,可以为更好地落实节能减排提供借鉴。
Energy consumption is one of the serious problems in the social and economic development of China. As a large energy consumption generator, highway is a sector which should be paid more attention to its energy save assessment and inspection. This paper focuses on expressway, and in light of its energy consumption component and features proposes the basis for measures selection and analysis framework for energy-saving during operation stage, based on which the evaluation index system is discussed and steps and framework of scenario analysis method for evaluation are put forward. Finally, a project example in Guangdong province is given to illustrate this method. The results show that the theories and methods to describe the effect of highway energy-saving method are reasonable,which could provide some reference for implement energy conservation.
