摘要
为优化互通立交加、减速车道长度设计技术指标,实现交通安全和建设投入的综合效益,以高速公路互通单车道出、入口直连式右转匝道为研究对象,在变速车道事故统计模型、事故直接财产损失及建设成本分析的基础上,建立了变速车道长度安全效益成本分析模型。研究结果表明:随着变速车道长度的增加,起初B/C(效益成本比)值增长趋势明显;达到一个峰值后,B/C值呈缓慢下降趋势。最后,根据B/C与变速车道长度的相关关系曲线变化规律,提出了基于效益成本分析法的变速车道长度设计建议值。
In order to optimize design specifications of acceleration lane and deceleration lane length at interchanges, and realize the traffic safety benefit and construction cost comprehensive consideration, the benefit-cost analysis method for the length design of speed change lane at interchanges is established on the basis of the accident statistical model of speed change lane, direct property damage of traffic accident and construction cost analysis, taking the single-lane entrance and exit outer connection ramps of interchanges on the expressway as research objective. The research results show that with the increase of speed change lane length, at first B/C increase significantly, after reaching a peak value, B/C shows a tendency of slowly decrease. Lastly, the suggestive value of speed change lane length at interchanges was developed based on benefit-cost analysis method.
