摘要
针对传统大功率开关电镀电源整流端对电网污染的问题,研究了一种基于高效脉宽调制(PWM)整流的高频开关电源。该电源前级整流器用4个开关管进行PWM整流,后级采用全桥移相PWM控制,相对于传统的六开关PWM整流器减少了开关数量,降低了成本和开关损耗,对于三相四开关PWM整流器,在其线电压数学模型的基础上推导了一种负载功率前馈的闭环控制方法,针对多台电源并联的情况,提出了一种基于DSP28335内部CAN总线的自动均流控制方式,通过样机的实验证明了此系统及控制方式的正确性。
Considering the pollution from swith power supply port to grid,a high-frequency switch power supply based on effective PWM rectifier is discussed.The pre-rectifier is a PWM rectifier with four switches,and the back system has adopted a full-bridge inverter for high frequency transformation,which can effectively reduce the losses of switches.For three-phase four-switch PWM rectifier,a closed-loop control method is derived based on the line voltage model.For the multi-parallel problem of power supplies,an automatic current-sharing control based on DSP28335 internal CAN bus is proposed,which can realize the stable and balance operation of multi-parallel power supply.Finally,experimental results verify the correctness of the proposed structure and control method.
