摘要
减小环流损耗、在较大的负载或输入电压变化范围内协调滞后管的零电压开通与占空比丢失的矛盾是移相全桥软开关变换器需要研究的两个问题。针对这两个问题,该文提出采用一种新型能量交换式移相全桥软开关电路。与传统电路相比,它将近降低了1/2的开关管的环流能量损耗,并且能够在较宽的负载范围内实现滞后管零电压开关和极小的占空比丢失,有效地提高变换器的效率。通过10kW实验样机的研制,其结果表明理论分析正确,变换器性能得到较好的改进。
Decreasing the circumfluence wastage and harmonizing the contradiction between duty circle loss and realizing zero voltage switch (ZVS) of the lagging switches in large scope of the load as well as the input voltage are two problems which need to research for phase-shift full bridge (PSFB) DC/DC converter. Aimed at these two problems we brought forward to use a novel energy exchanging pattern PS-FB DC/DC converter. Compared with the conditional PS-FB DC/DC converter, it nearly decreased half of the circumfluence energy, and realized ZVS of the lagging switches in a wider load scope with a dinky duty circle loss. It improved the efficiency of the converter effectively. By experimenting on a 10 kW prototype, the experimental results indicate that the analysis is right and the convert performances have been betterimproved.
