摘要
根据中职与高职职业教育协调发展的背景,分析了相对接的中高职学校人才培养方案,从人才培养的定位与人才需求的现状入手,提出了中高职模具专业的课程体系衔接的思路与对策。
The personnel training plan for linking up secondary and higher vocational school was analyzed under the background of coordinating the secondary and higher vocation-al education development; and some ideas and countermeasures for the connection of die＆amp; mould specialty curriculum system in secondary and higher vocational school were put forward from aspects of orientation of personnel training and society demand.
